Arsene Wenger supports Mikel Arteta before Tottenham clash

Arsenal’s iconic Invincibles team of 2003-04 are the only English side to have completed a top-flight season unbeaten since 1900. Currently, Arteta’s team leads the Premier League by a point, with City having a game in hand. To avoid further setbacks, Arteta has sought assistance from Wenger and hopes his players can navigate a tough run-in, which includes Sunday’s North London Derby.

Arsenal’s recent 5-0 win over London rivals Chelsea has kept them in contention for the title, but their 2-0 loss to Aston Villa has put City in control. Pep Guardiola’s side will play five more matches compared to Arsenal’s four. Liverpool’s recent defeats have seemingly taken them out of the race, but Arteta believes it’s not just a battle between Arsenal and City.

He stated, “I don’t think so. This league is tremendously demanding and there can be still a lot of turns. We know what we have to do to win this league.”
