Liverpool has reportedly identified a replacement for Salah, following a reported disagreement with manager Jurgen Klopp.

The incident was said to have been smoothed over, despite Liverpool’s disappointing draw with West Ham United. With just three games of Klopp’s Liverpool tenure left, the manager’s patience with his players appears to be running thin. Salah endured a bust-up with Klopp during the recent match.

There were big-money offers from Saudi Arabia for Salah last summer, and with his contract due to expire at the end of next season, Liverpool may be forced into finding a replacement. Fabrizio Romano has reported that Liverpool is interested in Crysencio Summerville, who has impressed for Leeds United in the Championship. Liverpool has scouted Summerville, and there is also speculation about his potential departure from Elland Road.

This news comes amid expectations of a busy summer for Liverpool in terms of both incoming and outgoing transfers. There are also questions about Liverpool’s biggest names, especially Salah, who has only a year left on his contract. Jamie Carragher expressed concerns about Salah’s performance this season.
