Longest Football Scarf in the World Measures 100 Meters

The world’s longest football scarf, measuring 100 meters long and featuring the crests of 74 teams from across the UK, has been created. The scarf showcases badges from various EFL teams, including well-known clubs such as Accrington Stanley, Wycombe Wonderers, Harrogate Town, and Oxford United, as well as Scottish favorites Celtic and Rangers. This impressive accessory was made to commemorate the launch of Kellogg’s Football Camps, which are being organized in collaboration with the EFL, Manchester City, Rangers, and Celtic. A gathering of ex-professional players took place at Birmingham City’s stadium, St. Andrews @ Knighthead Park, where EFL legends such as Jermaine Beckford and Michael Dawson joined children from local schools to display the football merchandise.

Former Hull City and England defender, Michael Dawson, expressed his excitement about the initiative, emphasizing the significance of football camps for children during school breaks. Kellogg’s has launched summer football camps for kids across the UK, in response to a study that revealed 59 percent of parents struggle to keep their children entertained during the school summer holidays, with 86 percent desiring reduced screen time for their kids. Team sports are perceived as crucial for children to gain valuable life skills, according to the same percentage of parents. Kellanova, the owner of Kellogg’s, is offering 30,000 free places at the camps for this summer.
